Since 2020, we have assisted BASF LATAM in establishing its annual sustainability
objectives. In 2024, marking the company`s tenth year of social investment, we are
redesigning the company`s social impact strategy.
Seara Innovation Hub & Global Innovation Summit
Seara & JBS
In 2020, we assisted in the creation of Seara Brasil`s new innovation hub, prioritizing a consumer-centric approach. Since then, we have provided support to increase innovation, designing innovative products and services in collaboration with various business units.
Repositioning of the Natura Humor brand and entry of the Ekos brand into the international market
Natura
We worked side by side with Natura's marketing and consumer insights teams to reposition Ekos in the Brazilian market and create a positioning for the brand's entry into the global market.
We also developed the new positioning of 'Natura Humor', based on a Journey of understanding Generation Z's relationship with humor and beauty care.
Strategy and Action in Responsible Consumption
HEINEKEN
We have been supporting the company on this topic since 2016. Firstly, building the positioning and action plan to engage executives, areas and employees. In 2018 we created a measurable methodology for changing behavior from excessive to balanced consumption and, since then, we have been the Company's arm in transforming young people's relationship with alcoholic beverages and employability, we recently started working with collectors.
Diversity strategy and Employee Brand Positioning

We worked on the creation of the company's DEI Strategy developed collaboratively along with 80 executives, including the president. We also work on the Employee Brand Positioning for young talent. Over the years, we have developed several projects to support both strategies.
WELLBEING CULTURE DEVELOPMENT
Design of the Company's Strategy and continuous construction of a Wellbeing Culture
Grupo Boticário
Since 2020, we have been alongside Grupo Boticário, fostering a culture focused on wellbeing, having contributed to the redesign of the evaluation system, leadership development and the creation of the Health Partners area, which aims to support teams to build a psychologically safe, mentally healthy and innovative culture.
Psychological Safety journey with senior leadership & clients
Gympass
We train Gympass’ senior leadership to become change agents in a culture of well-being. We also support the construction of practical actions to make trust a reality in the Company's daily life. In addition to contributing to Gympass' internal challenge, we also work to expand the theme to the group's partner clients.
Development of successful teams through Psychological Safety
Ferrero
In 2023, we started working with the IT Latam area. The challenge is to rebuild the team's culture through strategic Team Buildings complemented by a leadership mentoring program. The objective is to build better results by strengthening relationships of trust within the area.
Mental Health Diagnosis
Stone
We applied our 'Corporate Wellbeing Assessment' to Stone's HR Tech Team to identify the team's level of psychological safety, as well as mental health indicators. Based on the results of the diagnosis, we recommend ways to enhance well-being and strengthen healthy productivity in the team's way of working
Ambassadorial Leadership for Psychological Safety
Novartis
We work in partnership with Novartis' HR department to develop the group's main leaders so that they become multiplier agents of psychological safety in the company.
Through a learn by doing experience, the leaders experienced the main pillars of a mentally healthy culture, and together, they created an action plan to strengthen trust not only within their teams but throughout the company.
